1. Services Overview

 

Unified Roofing and Construction LLC specializes in roofing services. Our Services include but are not limited to, construction, roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Using our Services, you can represent and warrant meeting this age requirement.

 

3. Quotations and Contracts

 

All quotations we provide are valid for 30 days from the issue date. A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing, and we'll confirm the acceptance. Both parties must agree upon any variations to the agreement in writing.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

Payment terms will be specified in the contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, a deposit of 25% of the total contract value is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

 

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

 

5. Project Timelines

 

We will be sure to give you an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain issues, or changes

requested by the client.

 

6. Warranties

 

We warrant that all materials and workmanship we provide will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the project's completion date. This warranty does not cover any defects arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

 

7. Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability under any contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under the contract.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, trademarks, and data on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of 1 Contractor Solutions, UnifiedRC, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

 

9. Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if you breach any of these Terms. After termination, you must stop using our Services, and we may, at our discretion, remove any content related to you.
